It’s been a while since I posted as I’ve been focussed on finishing the PhD thesis, which is now submitted. In the coming months I’ll be trying to summarise the work here and keep current research more up to date. In the meantime I’ll document some of the posters I’ve presented at workshops over the last few years.
Poster presentations include:
From room to regional scales: developing a coupled energy demand & urban climate model.
5th ARC Centre of Excellence for Climate System Science Workshop, Canberra, Australia, 2017
Efficiently representing thermal processes in urban canopy models.
97th American Meteorological Society Annual Meeting, Seattle, U.S.A., 2017
Developments in the aTEB urban land surface model.
4th ARC Centre of Excellence for Climate System Science Workshop, Lorne, Australia, 2016.
Improving urban land-atmosphere climate models.
UNSW Science Postgraduate Research Competition, Sydney, Australia, 2016.
Efficiently simulating Australia’s urban climates
National Conference of the Australian Meteorological and Oceanographic Society. Brisbane, Australia, 2015.
